Our exclusive service, VIP Lounge Airport, is strategically located at Simón Bolívar International Airport, with two premium service locations. We offer your passengers an exclusive migration service and preferred boarding access, allowing them to enjoy a comfortable environment with Wi-Fi, quality gastronomy, and refreshments.
ARRIVALS:
Specialized assistance from disembarkation to exit
At VIP Lounge, we value the entire travel experience. Our protocol staff will meet passengers at the disembarkation gate, right at the jetway exit, holding a sign with their name. From there, our VIP Protocol will accompany them to the migration area, where they can complete procedures at the diplomatic or preferential counter, avoiding long queues. We strive to streamline the migration process for a more pleasant arrival.
Once the migration process is complete, our passengers will be escorted to the baggage carousel for luggage retrieval. Subsequently, our staff will guide them through customs, once again avoiding queues. Finally, we’ll accompany them to the airport exit, ensuring a completely satisfying experience.

At VIP Lounge, our passengers receive personalized attention from the moment they arrive at the airport. After check-in, our friendly protocol staff will accompany them to the exclusive lounge, where passports will be requested for migration procedures. Meanwhile, passengers can enjoy all the amenities we offer until it’s time to board.
Our lounge service includes a delicious snack, a variety of soft drinks or juices, a glass of wine (red or white), bottled water, and unlimited coffee. Additionally, we provide extra-snacks and alcoholic beverages at an additional cost. The lounge offers Wi-Fi service and has no time limit, making the wait even more pleasant.
One hour or 45 minutes before the flight time, our passengers will be accompanied by our dedicated VIP Protocol personnel to the transit area via a preferential corridor. There, they will complete the migration process at the diplomatic or preferential counter, avoiding any queues. Once the respective checks are completed, passengers will be accompanied to the boarding gate for a comfortable and hassle-free flight.
